Home Center Online Store - Cheaters!! Customer Care is not co-operating

I had ordered * products from Home Center online store. Order number is ********** Splendid Pineapple Table Accent came damaged. The products were not packed well as per fragile products packaging. Home center is not co-operating and refunding my amount. The customer service is not responding and on call they are misbehaving. They gave me a voucher with Validity till **th April ****. I don't want any voucher. Refund should be done in monetary form in bank account. The amount is not small to send voucher nor I'm willing to buy with them with such a bad experience. More then damage its the whole experience with them which I don't think I wish to buy with them. Pls help me to get my refund.
