i have placed an online order through homecenter on **th of September of rs **,*** for a single seater electra recliner.
They didn't deliver the product until october.
When i have requested for a refund and cancelation of the order, after ** days they canceled the order on **th oct.
From then, it has been more than a month and i haven't received the refund yet. Whenever i call them they put me on hold for several minutes(sometimes ** minutes) and disconnect the call afterwards without providing any useful information
