We ordered a gold prada bag in December ****. They told us they’ll send the bag within weeks, but it never happened. After waiting for months We finally asked them to give us a refund. They delayed that for many more months and then sent us a check that got bounced. When tried to resolve it they weren’t responding to our messages at all. We gave up our hopes of refund and tried to purchase some product whatever they have and that wasn’t happening either. They have time to send us new stock images periodically but won’t reply to our messages properly at all. It’s been almost two years, and they have our money with them. It’s terrible , how they ignore our messages, given the fact that they’ve had our money for so long.
