I placed an order (Order ID: *******) on the Kwabey website for ₹***. However, my order has not been delivered yet and there has been no proper update from the company regarding the shipment.
I tried contacting the company through the phone number and email provided on their website, but I have not received any proper response.
This is causing inconvenience and mental stress as my money is stuck and the product has not been delivered. I request immediate action against the company and either delivery of the product at the earliest or a full refund of ₹***.
I also request strict action to prevent such issues for other customers.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
