I placed an order for * T-shirts from Kwabey and completed the payment successfully. It has been around ** days since the order was placed, but the order has still not been dispatched.
I have tried contacting the company multiple times through email and Instagram messages, but I have not received any response from their side.
I request assistance for dispatch of the order or refund of the paid amount. I am attaching payment proof, order details and screenshots of communication attempts.
