Sanfe - Product not delivered

I placed order on sanfe website for the product sanfe glutathione tablets for rs.***.** via online payment on **th February. My order id: *******. Customer Care number is not in use. After so many emails also they are not refunding my payment. They are not delivering the product after ** days also. If the product is out of stock or unavailable they can refund the money for prepaid orders. Their watsapp is not in use. Very bad customer support from sanfe. Can I get my refund from this company?
