I ordered: Sanfe Vegan Collagen Powder, Sanfe Effervescent Glutathione Tablets and Sanfe Instant Tan & Dead Skin Removal Exfoliating Gel through their website on **th May ****, via order number *******.
Today on *th June **** acc to their site items arw still not dispatched.
I emailed them, I got an auto reply which I thing was done by AI and they said someone would approach me in ** hours, nobody has done yet.
Their phone number written on their site doesnt exist.
Looks like a fraud to me.
When I looked up online, there are hundreds of such complaints done on various platforms by various buyers who has already paid for their ordered but their items are not dispatched.
And worst,
Nobody is answering emails, phones or complaints.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
