I ordered there product on **th April **** and I paid ***₹ for that till now **June **** i didn't receive my order I tried to contact them on the number they gave on the help& support both number were invalid and other day the number first even exist I tried to WhatsApp but they don't give option to check order and complaint so I mail them hoping that my problem will solve they reply on mail you will get order in *-* days saying you product is not in our stores but till now a week+ ago still they don't delivered i want my refund or product.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
