Jiomart - Product not delivered

I had placed an order for a mobile phone on JioMart on **th June ****, with the expected delivery date of **th June ****. However, even after more than a week past the promised date, the product has still not been delivered.

I have contacted JioMart’s customer care multiple times through calls, emails, and chat support. Every time, I receive the same scripted reply: "Your order will be delivered as soon as possible," with no clarity on the reason for the delay or when the product will actually be delivered.

I even requested cancellation of the order, but neither has the product been delivered nor has the cancellation been processed. My money is stuck, and the mental stress caused due to the uncertainty and poor response is extremely frustrating.

It is highly disappointing to experience such poor service from a reputed brand. I am forced to escalate the matter to seek redressal.
