Since * days I'm chasing both FirstCry and XpressBees but they are not providing clear reason and also not delivering my product.
Its over ** days the product is stuck and it's a prepaid product.
No one is taking responsibility simply saying case is escalated and doing nothing.
They are not able to deliver product which is in same city and giving dam excused and harassing with pathetic service.
