I placed an order with the online clothing brand "Nirbani" on March **, ****, and made a full prepayment of ₹*,*** via UPI (CCAvenue payment gateway). The brand's stated delivery timeline was initially **-** days, which was later extended to one month due to their internal policies. I patiently waited, but no dispatch details were provided.
On May **, ****, after multiple follow-ups, the merchant explicitly confirmed via WhatsApp that the item "was shipped" and was currently at the "Delhi courier head office." They promised to provide a tracking number within ** hours. Since that date, they have failed to provide any tracking information and have completely stopped responding to all my messages. They are actively ignoring communication while holding my funds.
Furthermore, the merchant operates without a visible registered physical address on their website, which makes direct communication impossible. Their actions constitute a severe deficiency of service, deceptive trade practices, and harassment. I have not received the product, nor have I received a refund after nearly three months.
