Club meridien Courtyard Delhi - Product not delivered

They invited us in Sarovar portico surajkund road Faridabad. After reaching there a sales person, Rishu Kumar attended us and explained about all their package . We paid the total amount in one shot and now, whenever we have tried to reach out to them through calls or emails they usually don’t respond and whenever they pick up the call for booking they say they’ll look for properties and let us know. But we never get a response from them . If we have paid we need the service or our money back .
