Club meridien Courtyard Delhi - Club Meridien Package not Delivered

I received a call from Club Meridien’s employee Lovey Sharma in July ****. They invited me to the Four Points by Sheraton, Vashi, Navi Mumbai for an evening discussing a potential free travel voucher which they were issuing just to selected MG vehicle owners.
Upon reaching the destination, I was attended by Mr Ajaz Salmani, who introduced us to a membership worth Rs **,*** which promised us ** days of stay across * years in any * star or * star vacation properties which Meridien had a tie-up with across the globe.
I made an upfront downpayment of the entire Rs ***** to Club Meridien and was sent a membership email acknowledging the same. Since July ****, I have tried to avail my membership thrice and requested to make bookings through Club Meridien. None of my requests have been honoured. I requested Club Meridien for an exhaustive list of all destinations covered under the membership, which I haven’t received until today. Mr Ajaz Salmani and Mr Lovey Sharma are absconding (not reachable on phone at all) and the Club Meridien customer service email is non responsive as well as their phone numbers are out of order as of now.
