We received call from ********** and they invited us for gift vouchers and all on *th Dec **** At Hotel Saffron, GMS Road D.Dun. There were two attending persons Rahul Sharma mb no. ********** and Chandan mb. **********. They convinced us for their membership and payment . Now after all this they booked us a hotel average one in Mussoorie. On complaining they assured us they will provide atleast * star hotel here onwards. Any on our new hotel booking request they said that these are black out days which was not mentioned earlier, so no booking can be done. Now we sent a request for refund our money on their email address info@clubmeridien.com as they instructed. Now nobody picks up phone. Their Office address and contact no. is as below
