Sixteeninches is an online fitness supplement website through which I ordered Nitrotech whey protein on **rd February ****. It guaranteed delivery in *-* days. I contacted on whatsapp every week for the status they kept telling me it will reach in couple of days. After ** days of no delivery I asked them to refund my amount. They told me that they have initiated my refund. It’s been a month now and still no refund. I keep asking on whatsapp, there’s no other way to contact other than that. I somehow managed to speak Mr. Mukund arora who’s the owner, on a whatsapp call. He Just told me i will refund but never did..
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
