Sixteeninches com - Order cancelled after blocking money for 7 days

My order was delayed and no justification was provided.
When I probed, I was asked to reject the order.
When I probed further, my order was cancelled.
I got my refund back but wasted time and energy talking to an unprofessional bugger on the whatsapp chat.
Note for management (if there is any learned soul in the company): Blocking customer chats or avoiding conversation will not hide your incompetence to fulfil orders. It will only justify all the pathetic customer reviews you have gotten on every single platform. Learn to own up delays and act professionally. Don't play with customer patience as we don't own a penny to you guys.
