Sixteeninches com - Package not delivered and another wrongly delivered

Ordered * products from site but got delivery of only * products that too wrong and took around ** days, and another * products not yet delivered and asked for refund, sent a mail showing order cancellation.
But no response till date It’s been more than a month now
