Hi i had purchased an iphone ** from flipkart by exchanging my existing phone but the product is not delivered even after a week of placing the ordering. When i tried to cancel i was not able to cancel and when i call the customer care for cancellation they say they cannot help.
I have raised the issue in flipkarts twotter account i have written to grievance at flipkart but everyone says we are escalating the issue and ignores the issue but no one is giving me proper status.
Can you please help me to cancel the product and get my money back as it is not a small amount and i am unable to reach these people as they are completely ignoring the customers problem
