Insaraf.com - Product not deliverd

I bought one dining table online from insaraf.com, order number INSF********* on **th September. cost of table was **,***.
Dining table was delivered on **th october. Table was defected and was of diffrent model so I raised compained and asked to replace it with different product. Insaraf deducted **** rupees against shipping charges despite the fact that they acknowedged their mistake of delivering a product different than what was ordered.
I selected a new prioduct and also added one coffee table and paid **,*** as a difference amount.
Its been a month now and so far I've not even received my new order ID. I keep calling them on daily basis but I never got any update about my product.
I raised one complaint with my credit card company and in turn they filed a dispute with the merchant for Rupees **,***. However, I am still in loss of **,*** which was paid initially.
I recently reached out to their CEO Mr. Ragahvendra Saraf but he also choose not to respond to my emails.
