I was delivered a damaged bed(broken legs) on December **, ****. After raising a complaint they sent a carpenter for fixing the bed. Carpenter himself told that this is a temporary fix and it is not going to stay longer. As he mentioned bed broke again next day. Again after speaking to customer care guys several times they said they will be sending a replacement soon. Their customer support guys are of no use, they keep you waited for long time and always give fake promises. It has been more than *** days and no bed has arrived.
The damaged bed is occupying my room which I can't use as it is damaged. I can't replace this with a new one until these guys resolve this issue.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
