Flipkart Online Shopping - Product not delevered

i was ordered mi poco f* mobile, date of order: **-**-**, delivered date: **-**-**, order no: od******************. amount paid: *****/- mode of payment: creditcard( online), but company delivered the parcel on **-**-** but that parcel was empty , I have the video proof also so contacted to company they told we cant give replacement or refund , again consumer got call from investigation officer from flipkart and they asked him to send the proof so consumer sent the video proofs but still company is not agreeing to give the refund or replacement.
