Simrandeep Singh Gandhi filed complaint against Smartron India private limited on Sep 13, 2018

I bought smartron tbook laptop on *th May **** and after * months charging adapter stopped working. On **th August **** I sent the mail to their customer care 'tcare@smartron.com'. They replied back saying that they don't have adapter in stock and they will send it once stock arrives. They haven't sent me any update on the same and my laptop is completely unusable till they send me the adapter. It causing me huge trouble.
