Shoppers Stop - Product not being picked up for return

I was delivered a gown on approximately **nd of November. It did not fit me and I needed to return it. The dress has been delivered to me but the status of the order on the website and app of shoppersstop still shows "delivery pending". They are not undertaking any proceedings till the status of the order changes. It has been almost * month since I received the product. Every time I call them to ask for the return, they assure me that some action will be taken in the next **-** hours. I have made multiple calls in the last *-* weeks and there has been no response. I'm stuck with this dress which I can neither return nor use. It is shameful to see such response form a so-called "reputed" company.
