First cry - Product missing package

I ordered * products from first cry. I received * products from first cry, * products were missing from the package. The package delivered by first is sealed by a cheap adhesive and during shipment anyone can open/ close the package without damaging it(please see attached picture of opened package).
I raised a complain in first cry mobile app and upload the pictures as advised by First cry customer executive. Few days later I checked the query was closed by First cry without giving me any proper reason. When I called them to ask why the case is closed without delivering the product, it was replied by the first cry that they have done their investigation and confirmed with logistics partner that parcel was delivered and were providing all illogical reasons.I asked them how you have verified that no one have opened the package during shipment till reaching my home but they refused to share information with me because they have none. They have not verified the delivery guy picking my package from godown and delivering it to my home without opening in the way.
I called the first cry customer care many time and I talked to various customer executive. Each person was giving me different reasons. They don’t have proper justification for cancelling the refund of products i have not received.
One of the customer executive accepted that their packing can be opened and sealed back without damaging the package other customer executive said it cannot be opened without damaging.
Please be aware of this first cry scam.
