I am writing to report a significant issue with my recent order, number ***-*******-*******, which included the purchase of a Fossil Gwen Analogue Women's Watch (Rose Gold Dial Women's Standard Colored Strap) - ES****, sold by Cambium Retail.
Regrettably, upon receiving the package, I discovered that the watch is entirely missing from the shipment. What I did receive was just the cardboard box containing the watch box, a manual, and a warranty card. This has left me extremely frustrated and disappointed, as I was eagerly anticipating the product.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
