Arvind Kumar Yadav filed complaint against Swiggy on Aug 1, 2025
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent grocery order I placed on your platform totaling ₹****. Upon receiving the order, I discovered that a product – Cadbury Temptations Almond Treat Combo worth ₹*** – was missing.
Despite promptly raising the issue with your support team, I was shocked to receive a response denying redelivery of the missing item or providing any compensation. This is deeply disappointing and unacceptable from a reputed platform like Swiggy.
To make matters worse, the delivery was not even made to my doorstep. The items were handed over on the road, making it extremely inconvenient and unsafe to verify each product then and there. This defeats the very purpose of doorstep delivery and customer convenience.
I strongly believe this is a case of negligence or even fraud, and I urge you to take immediate action by either:
*. Delivering the missing product, or
*. Issuing a refund of ₹*** or crediting it as Swiggy Money/voucher.
If this issue is not resolved satisfactorily, I will be compelled to escalate it further through consumer grievance platforms and social media, which I would prefer to avoid.
Looking forward to a prompt and fair resolution.
