Flipkart Online Shopping - Product missing

Hi,
I have ordered for JBL charge * blue **W Bluetooth speaker on **nd December **** and received it on **th on the same month. When I opened it ,I found a brick instead of a speaker and I informed this to flipkart customer care and they said me to wait till *nd January ****. I received a return request which is been approved by the seller at the start then courier person from ekart came to get back the product. He crossed the product and after knowing the brick, he refused to get back the product and cancelled my return request. Again I contacted customer care and they said me to wait till *th January ****. On *th again my request is been forwarded to seller but this they cancelled my request and flipkart customer people requested me to wait till **th for some enquiry and for resolution. Then on **th I received a call from them and said me like my request is been forwarded again then on **th seller cancelled my request. I made a complaint again and they said me to wait till **rd Jan ****. Today I received a call from the flipkart and they said me that I will get solution on or before **rd and after that I received a mail that my request is been sent and within few minutes I got a another mail that my refund request is been cancelled by seller. I don't know why they are trying to fool me again and again with the same issue without giving a refund or replacement solution. I really tired of explaining my issues to the flipkart customer care. Each day I'm explaining to different people and trying hard for getting refund. Now I lost hope on them and planned to file a complaint against them. Please I request you to resolve my problem. I have paided Rs.***** for the speaker.
