Here is what happened, I ordered an earphone namely "Soundpeats Q*A" priced **** rs. on *nd July of this year and package arrived on *th July but the seal on the box was broken and the earphone as well as the charging cable was missing from the box.
So I called customer care and told them about the incident and they asked me to wait for * days and I did but today they told me that package left with the seal on and saying that its not their fault that the box was tampered between the shipping and now they are refusing to an exchange or return.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
