I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding Order #*******, placed on April **, ****, for the amount of ₹***.**. It has been over a week since the order was "Processed," and despite your website's policy, I have received no tracking information or shipping updates. Furthermore, I have attempted to contact company provided phone numbers and support emails multiple times, only to find the numbers unreachable and the emails unresponsive.I tried all given mails and phone numbers .
