Respected sir,
I have bought Gold Brown Rimless Rectangle Vincent Chase Online SLEEK STEEL VC E*****-C* Eyeglasses
Product ID: ****** on *th April,****. My order ID is **********. I have purchased the said product from Shahdara branch of Lenskart. The quality of this product is worst than any product I have purchased from you. The frame has been loosened/about to crack from nose rest. Firstly, I concerned the problem from the said branch and they file my complain from their portal and the complaint was accepted and reorder the product. Now, I got the product with more faults in it. The product has been loosened only in *-* days. The again complaint is filed and this time my appeal was rejected from your end. This time I don't want this product at all. I want to replace/refund it otherwise this is whole waste of money. The worst thing is not taking seriously the matter of customer problems. The customer is facing difficulties and how he does all things without the glasses which is brought from well reputed company.
I hope the matter took it seriously and revert me back soon.
