Vincent chase - defective rimless frame

i had about a year and half back purchased a vincent chase rimless frame along with a progressive lens from lens kart.cbd belapur. however after use of *-* month the frame started to become shaky and loosen the grips, i immediately gave the specs for servicing and repairing / tightening the joints.this happened at least * times with in one year and the complaint was reported to the lens kart outlet in belapur and pune.after expiry of an year the problem still persisted and finaly i was told that the frame will have to be replaced by lens kart but my request for replacement was rejected by lens kart on the ground of invalid warranty beyond one year. now the glass have totally got detached from the frame and iam forced to fetch a new frame.my point is if the frame was defective why was it not replaced under the valid warranty period.and lens kart must own up for the manufacturing defect of such an expensive frame.please be careful while buying from lens kart.
