I purchased specs * months before since then can't even able to fold, it's so hard to fold, i been q CX for ** yrs this is the first worst experience ever i had, now my specs is broken,y brother visited store they are stating this need to be change for cost. The frame need to be change, this cost comes around *.*k , y should I pay for giving proper products
