Flipkart - Product installation not done

I had ordered one Eureka Forbes aqua sure aqua Flo dx uv water purifier from Flipkart for my house on **th April ****, and get delivery on **th then with two days one technician came from Eureka Forbes for installation and said that the machine can't be installed as this machine work only for corporation water and not for bore water. Then I filed a complaint with Flipkart. Then I received many calls the customer care executive told me that as per Flipkart policy product can't be returned. He also confirmed that no such information was provided on flipkart website.
I then filed complaint with Flipkart. Calls keep coming but everyone told me that product can't be returned while I told them I don't want to return the product I just want it installed. No one listening.
The product is not installed
Please help me if anyone can. Very disappointed with such a big brand.
