Flipkart - product instalation not done customer support and escalation team disconnecting my call

My order is a sofa set it has to be delivered on nov *nd **** but it failed they told it be devivered on *th nov failed again i made calls to customer support they were least bothered again they told product will come on ** th nov again if failed i asked reason no response i made a call to vendor home town they told it will be delivered on ** th so i asked flip kart guys to see on it they told if u cant wait cancel the product after me paying the money on oct *th one month done now they told cancel i said no i asked an exact date of delivery where senior escaltion team failed to answer my question. Finally it came on **th nov till date **th nov no one has come to install my sofa wich i asked explanation they were disconnecting the call. No min responce to a customer for the peoduct i purchased i need justice.
