Wonderchef - Product in warranty still company not replacing it

I purchased a product named nutriblender from Wonderchef and the purchase was made from Amazon, it has been more than month that I am calling and mailing them continuously but company is only harassing me, Wonderchef people are only deffering the dates and trying to avoid me, I have sent them a video of product + bill copy as per their requirements, but they have still not resolved my issue even they don't reply to the mail's, the first mail I sent them was on ** October ****, but a month has passed but no reply, their customer care head "Neeraj "is making the fool out of customer, kindly help me asap, I am attaching a invoice copy for your reference.
