I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the handling of a customer issue by Tata Cliq. Despite my repeated efforts to resolve the matter directly with the company, I have been met with poor communication and inadequate customer service. On September **th, I placed an order for a set of earphones, which was never delivered. A customer service representative initially contacted me to confirm the order status, and I informed them that the order had not been received. They suggested that it may have been lost in transit, which seemed plausible. However, after a week, the order status was marked as “delivered,” and the case was closed without any resolution or further follow-up. Since then, I have tried multiple times to raise the issue again, but Tata Cliq’s platform has made it incredibly difficult to get a response. The lack of attention and urgency from their side is highly frustrating, and despite my repeated attempts, the issue remains unresolved. This complaint is not about the monetary value of the product but rather about the poor level of customer service and the lack of proper resolution. I am requesting your intervention to ensure this matter is addressed promptly and appropriately. I would appreciate your assistance in holding Tata Cliq accountable for their failure to resolve this matter and ensure that it does not happen to other customers. Thank you for your attention to this complaint. I look forward to your prompt action.
