I ordered Birkenstock Arizona sandals. The size was not perfect for me. So I initiated the return very next minute I received the product. After my return got rejected. I attached image to show them size was not perfect but they are saying box was opened and product was used. This is not fair. Without wearing a footwear how will I know it is perfect or not??
