Bloomsvilla - Product did not delivered

It was my anniversary, I ordered * products from bloomsvilla and even paid extra *** for midnight delivery. But the receiver didn't accept my order or what... I asked them to refund the amount as it was not delivered till the next day.. they refused to refund the amp and didn't do anything on it... its been more than ** days.. none of them has connected or resolved my problem.
