Worst response received from the Flipkart team for providing wrong item from their end due to technical glitch. Its all just a mental stress talking to them. Felt their response are so robotic and we have to keep on repeating n times in an attempt to making them understand each and every agent we are talking. We will be exhausted after that. Lack of ownership. They would always ask you to wait rather than providing any update. Its just a nightmare shopping with them. Agents are very worst. Now am getting replacement of same color whereas my issue is am getting the wrong color now they're sending wrong color again in name of replacement.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
