I had ordered a smart watch from Firebollt through Flipkart. After * months it got damaged. The watch was not getting ON. I had mailed and registered a complaint in Firebollt site. They made a replacement and took the damaged watch from my side. Then after the replacement a damaged watch was returned back where the strap was cut and the watch was not working at all. I had mailed and raised many complaints in the site then also there was no further move. The customer care number and team is also not responding. The brand is totally making me fun and wasting my time. I am totally fed up with this brand now. I need the refund amount soon.
