Purchased Jesebel Three Seater Sofa - Beige on December **, ****.
On delivery of the item we noticed one side of sofa was down in comparison with the other side. We told the delivery guy about the defect, he informed item has come like that and we should try for few days it will be okay. After one month or so we raised complain to custmer service, since then inspection team visted our house and took pictures. They too noticed the defect and escaled to their team.
We received email confrmations item will be repalced. It appears items was not in stock I received multiple emails with different dates item was scheduled for delivery, still no action taken. Despite the fact, my complaints were closed by customer service without proper resolution.
Another instance of customer service -
*. Balaji told he will call back its been * weeks, he doesn't have coutesy to call the cusotmer when he promised to call back.
*. I then requested Souma, even she promised to arrange a call back, but never did.
it's strange how your customer service team works with customers requests.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
