I have placed an order for sofa on Homecentre through online on March ** **** (order ID:**********)and they provided a date that it will be delivered on March ** **** and after that there is no communication from Homecentre about the status of the delivery until March ** **** So I have called customer care and asked about the order status and they said the product is ready to be shipped and it will reach you for sure and also they sent a WhatsApp message the product will be delivered on March ** **** and after that they called me and said there are no vehicles available to deliver your product and the delivery will be postponed to April ** **** which shocked me that from March ** to March ** **** they couldn't find any vehicle to deliver it to me and they didn't tried to update it until I called them on March **th.To know about the status of this order issues I have to call Homecentre several times and even their IVR status gives wrong updates like there is no order placed with my phone number which gives lot of stress to me
