Biswajit Das filed complaint against Reliance Digital on Sep 4, 2020
I ordered one Mobile phone realme c** on **th August to gift it to my sister on her birthday, since Reliance was showing faster Delivery on or before **th -**th August, therefore i went ahead to place the order and paid via UPI since Cash on delivery was not available, thinking about the brand name Reliance i never thought to get cheated.
And as expected reliance didn't delivered the product on time, nor replied to my several mails.
Till **st August they didn't delivered it nor they contacted or informed me that the product has been delayed. On *st September i myself cancelled the order. But till today (*th September) in their website it is showing estimated delivery date of **th August and out for delivery. They haven't initiated the refund process.
I contacted their customer care though they assured me orally that after receiving the product they will initiate the refund but not a single mail or sms was provided on the same.
I mailed several times to their CS head, not responded to my mails. also mailed their CEO at the given email address but not responded either to my mails.
during this crisis when the digital learning is made necessary and to access the same one needs an suitable smartphone or laptop, but at the same time these on-line e-commerce sites just thinking of their profit, cheap marketing as well as doing fraudulent activities.
