Bajaj Fin Serv - Product cancelled by flipkart

ILHAN ULLA filed complaint against Bajaj Fin Serv on Apr 18, 2020

I have ordered a product amounting ***** in flipkart with my bajaj emi network card. The bajaj card is linked with my hdfc bank account to deduct emi. Due to emergency in country the flipkart has cancelled the order and they have refunded the whole amount to bajaj finserv. Inspite of this the bajaj has deducted the first emi from my hdfc account i.e; ****rs. I have contacted hdfc bank, they are blaming bajaj for deducting money after cancellation. Bajaj people are not respondind me back with any means. Please help.!!
