Hi TEAM, I GOT MY COURIER ON SUNDAY - **ND JAN , AS SOON AS I OPENED IT WAS NOTHING. I HAVE ORDERED SHOES FOR MY FATHER..THE MOMENT I SAW N SHOWN AT THE SAME TIME TO DELIVERY BOY, HE ASKED TO PUT RETURN REQUEST N I DID . NEXT DAY PICK UP BOY CAME N TOOK BACK THE BOX, THEN WHEN I SAW THE STATUS ITS SAYS RETURN PICK UP FAILED N WHEN I ASKED CUSTOMER CARE , THEY SAID THEY WILL SEE N REVERT U IN ** HRS N ON WEDNESDAY WHEN I AGAIN SAW THE STATUS - IT STATED RETURN PICK UP CANCELLED WHICH MEANS GETTING OPTION TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT. HOW CAN I RETURN IF I DON'T HAVE THE PRODUCT. KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS N REFUND THE AMOUNT I SPENT. THIS IS AWFUL EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD.
