Nobroker - Process a refund for the Relax Plan amount

Dear NoBroker Support Team,
I hope you are doing well.
I recently purchased the Relax Plan three days ago, but unfortunately I have not been able to avail or use the service. Since the plan has not been utilized in any way, I kindly request you to process a refund for the Relax Plan amount.
Please note that I am a regular customer and a VIP member with NoBroker. I also want to highlight that I have availed another service from your platform — Packers and Movers, which is scheduled for ** March ****.
Additionally, I have not used or finalized any property for rent through the Relax Plan during this period.
Considering the above, I request your support in initiating the refund for the Relax Plan at the earliest.
