We bought a Whirlpool top load washing machine in December, ****. On first week of February, ****, we lodged a complaint to the company that spin function of our machine is not working. They sent some mechanics who after *-* trials failed to resolve the problem and after their service, the washing machine stopped working completely with noisy sounds. Then they told us that there is a problem with circuit board and we need to change the same. Since then they are harrassing us saying that they have informed the company but the parts are not yet received from the company. Finally, after harrassing long * months, they informed us that company can not provide the parts as they are not available. They can offer a bill out deal that we have to procure a new machine from company warehouse in exchange of our old machine and **% of buying price of the old machine will be the rebatable amount from the MRP of new machine. We agreed in that deal too. But since then two more months have been over. No communication is being made from Whirlpool. When we are contacting zonal office of the company, from where service persons were communicating, they are telling that they have nothing to do until company responds. Now they have stopped taking our phone calls either. So what to do now? We are getting harrashed since February ****. Is that what we deserve from a reputed company like Whirlpool?
