Hi, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service centre's and customer care response, as I get the green line on my mobile phone after the software update. It is unacceptable that I am repeatedly asked to visit service centres, only for staff to dismiss the green line issue on my screen as physical damage without a proper technical assessment. I am writing to provide an update regarding my case (Reference Number: **********) following my visit to the service centre. During my second visit to Garg Distributors, I met with a representative named Bharti, who inspected my device. She confirmed that there are no dents or physical damage to the phone, yet the display issue persists. Additionally, another representative, Suraj, acknowledged that this screen issue is known. He informed me that support is typically provided for devices purchased within the last * years, and they are unable to assist me because my device is *.* years old. Despite the confirmation that there is no physical damage, the service centre has quoted INR **,*** for a display replacement. This contradicts your previous claims that the issue was caused by a dent or broken parts. Please find the service centre slip attached for your reference. The details are as follows: - Bill No.: ********** - Service Centre Code: ********** - Service Centre Name: Garg Distributors. I maintain that this is a software-induced defect and not the result of physical damage. I look forward to a resolution that does not involve charging me for a known manufacturing or update-related issue. I request you to address this and help with a proper solution. I have visited the service centre twice as asked by the company officials, and they assured me that they will provide me a solution on this, but the company has given no solution on this, and the handset has not been repaired anywhere outside. The company's personnel are misleading and lying about this. I can provide all the call recordings for all the conversations that happened, which makes it clear that they are just cheating with the customers and keep lying.
