Naveen Dandiprolu filed complaint against Myntra on Oct 20, 2019
Myntra sent a product without a price tag. The product clearly has the brand label removed(check the attached pics). When I raised for a return, Myntra customer care gets back to me saying that their investigation says that the product was delivered from the warehouse with complete tags. Why on earth would someone ship a product without a brand label(supposed to be on the collar) if all the quality checks have been in place?
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
