I ordered Boat earphones with heavy discounts for mere **/-.
My order was cancelled citing they were unable to deliver the parcel and asked me to buy a new earphone on increased prices without coupon.

They have initialed the return WHEREAS I never ever received any product infact product never left mumbai post shipping.
I asked them to ship a new earphone but they denied and refunded my money. This was tatacliq's mistake that could not deliver the product then why shall I buy a new one by paying *** rupees extra.It was a prepaid order so I want my product for same price which I had paid.
In past companies like flipkart, snapdeal had delivered replacement product instead of refunds and same was expected from them.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
